Lineage Logistics is currently seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to join the team. As our Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, you will support the Director of Talent and Culture in designing and implementing Lineage’s global inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategy, ensuring it is integrated into the fabric of Lineage’s culture and business model. As a stand out candidate, you will be an I&D champion, successfully building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, designing and executing creative ways for Lineage to continue to globally learn and grow on the I&D journey.

Responsibilities of the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:

  • Design and manage the implementation of programs, high-quality awareness training and initiatives that further Lineage’s I&D strategy and contribute to creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace
  • Assist in building an overall global employee resource group (ERG) strategy
  • Devise a governance structure for Lineage’s ERG’s and serve as a central point of contact in coordinating communications, budgets and calendars
  • Assist with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse organizational workforce
  • Design, compile and analyze metrics to assess impact of strategy and supporting initiatives
  • Conduct research, stay on top of latest external trends, data, techniques and learning

Required Qualifications of the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:

  • Practical experience designing, implementing and measuring I&D programs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high quality presentations and training, as well as facilitate team discussions
  • Knowledge of current best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion, including familiarity with key concepts (e.g. cultural competence, unconscious bias, etc.)
  • Strong program management and organization skills; ability to capture and synthesize data
  • Ability to research, build and operationalize strategic plans
  • Proven ability to scale and execute globally
  • Excellent communication skills

Required Qualifications of the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:

  • Bachelor’s degree
